Assuring quality of next-generation sequencing in clinical laboratory practice.

Multiplex PCR next-generation sequencing libraries improve sensitivity and throughput when compared with whole transcriptome or capture based methods.However, the complex library construction common to all NGS methods lack robust quality controls to ensure sufficient performance.

STARSEQ uses mixtures of internal standards to eliminate the inter sample variation arising from library construction. Benefits include:
